Shipping Policy

We Ship All Over The U.S.A.

Orders received before 12:00 p.m will be shipped out the same day, with exceptions of:

1. If one of the items ordered will be found out of stock or less than the stock ordered, we will wait for the new stock to arrive or we will contact the customer and give him the choice of either we should send what we have in stock, wait for a new stock or cancel the order. 

2. If the order is of a bigger quantity than usual we will order a new stock, and we will let the customer know that we wait on the new stock to arrive.
 

Perishable and Frozen Products
Perishable and frozen products are packed safely, with Styrofoam boxes, ice packs and/or dry ice. We can take orders on perishable and frozen products, only with a transit time of maximum two business days. We are located in 168 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, CT 06108. If ground delivery will take more than two days you have to select second day shipping or greater.

An order that contains perishable items and has a transit time of 2 days, on Thursday, we will send out the order on Monday.

Your order will be ready about two business hours after the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed. Friday we don’t offer in-store pick-up.

Order Problem
If we have any problem with an order, we will try to contact the customer by phone, (therefore is very important to give a phone number where you can be reached in business hours) and by e-mail, if we will not get a respond until a week, we will automatically cancel the order.

All products that can be in different colors, and the picture shows only one color, if you need a specific color, you must write it in the item note or order note, otherwise we will send any color.

If a manufacturer changed the package and/or design of a product, but the barcode is the same, we can’t take the responsibility if we sent a different than wanted.

For every canceled order we will send an email with the reason, followed with an automatic void email. A canceled charge will reflect your credit card in 2-3 business days. A change in address requested after we have sent out the order will cost $12.50
